Festivalito Rural  2010

First of all, take a look at the GoogleMap!

How to get there

If you're from Europe, the best way is almost certainly by car. Pack your tango shoes and some friends (you're not coming alone, right? ;-) and have a road trip! Most fun and also the cheapest way. Plus, your car will be useful at the Festivalito, too, since Club Terazza and The Tango Tower are about 15km apart. Don't forget to buy the vignette! (15 EUR for the one-week vignette.)

  • Directions for Club Terazza: exit highway at "Celje - center" (Celje has three exits, exit at the second one), head towards the centre (to the left). Drive straight ahead for 2,5km. The bus station will be on your left, and also on the left but after the junction, a building called Celeia Park. Club Terraza is on top of this building. The entrance to the garage is in the back, so turn left in the junction. The elevator for Club Terraza is in the back, next to the entrance to the garage.
  • Directions for The Tango Tower: exit the highway at "Šentrupert". If you're coming from Ljubljana, turn left. If you're coming from Celje, turn right. Drive straight for 5,0km. You are in Male Braslovče. There is only one big building in the village. On your left. That's The Tango Tower. Pizzeria Afrika is just after the tower, also on the left. There is a small road between them, turn left there and park immediately.

If you're coming by plane, don't forget that Slovenia is very small, so you can use airports in our neighbourhood, too. Truth be told, flying to Ljubljana is usually not the cheapest option. A list of nearby airports with approximate distances to Celje: Ljubljana 100km, Trieste 200km, Venice (Marco Polo) 300km, Venice (Treviso) 320km, Klagenfurt 150km, Graz 120km, Vienna 300km, Zagreb 120km, Rijeka 220km. If you arrive to Ljubljana airport (Brnik), take a shuttle to Ljubljana and then a train or a bus to Celje (see below).

Train or bus? One upside of using train or bus is that Club Terazza is between the bus and the train station ;-)
